智稅通TaxSmarter網站流量彙總 / Website traffic aggregates
啟用流量統計後，公開頁面會向本站傳送該頁路徑，伺服器只保存香港日期、頁面路徑及瀏覽次數，用於了解工具使用情況。不保存網址參數、來源網址、IP 或訪客識別碼，不使用分析 Cookie；登入、帳戶、報告、結果及管理後台不納入此統計。每日彙總保留最多 180 個曆日，較舊彙總於下一次收到瀏覽記錄時清除。此統計不是獨立訪客人數；一般伺服器及保安日誌仍按本政策的相應部分處理。
When traffic collection is enabled, public pages send their page path to this website. Only Hong Kong calendar date, page path and view count are stored to understand tool usage. No query strings, referrers, IPs or visitor identifiers are stored in analytics, and no analytics cookies are used. Sign-in, account, report, results and admin pages are excluded. Daily aggregates are retained for up to 180 calendar days, with older rows removed on the next collected view. These are not unique visitor counts; ordinary server and security logs are handled separately under this policy.

現時安排：網站提供免費 Google 帳戶，用於查看完整報告；計算機及精靈毋須帳戶。網站不設付款，不會收集付款資料；本節有關購買、Stripe 及訂單的內容，只在日後重新推出付款功能時適用。Current arrangement: the website offers free Google accounts, used to view the full report; calculators and the wizard need no account. The website takes no payments and collects no payment data. The purchase, Stripe and order content in this section applies only if payments are reintroduced.
網站使用 Google 登入；首次成功登入會建立帳戶。免費計算機及精靈不需要帳戶。Google 帳戶識別碼、已驗證電郵及姓名由 Google 提供並保存在網站伺服器，用於識別帳戶、提供完整報告、連結已購年度及支援查詢。不提供這些資料便不能使用帳戶（包括查看完整報告）及購買功能，但仍可免費估稅。
The website uses Google sign-in; the first successful sign-in creates an account. Free calculators and the wizard do not require one. Google supplies your account identifier, verified email and name, which our server stores for identity, full-report access, purchased-year access and support. These details are required for account features (including the full report) and purchase features, not for free estimates.
我們不取得 Google 密碼，也不要求讀取 Gmail。登入只使用必要的登入 Cookie；登入及付款不會傳送你的收入、家庭或扣除輸入。更換裝置後，已購權限可透過同一 Google 帳戶找回，但報稅草稿不會同步。登出亦不會清除本機草稿，共用裝置用戶應在精靈內另行清除。
We do not receive your Google password or request Gmail access. Essential cookies maintain sign-in. Signing in or paying does not send your income, family or deduction inputs. The same Google account can retrieve purchased access on another device, but tax drafts do not sync. Signing out does not clear local drafts; shared-device users should clear them in the wizard.
Stripe 處理結帳電郵及付款資料。網站向 Stripe 傳送帳戶識別碼、電郵、產品、年度及訂單資料，並在伺服器保存帳戶與 Stripe 訂單的對應記錄，以確認付款、處理退款或付款爭議及防止重複購買。完整卡資料不由本網站儲存。Google、Stripe 及託管供應商可能在香港以外處理資料，並按各自適用政策提供服務。
Stripe handles checkout email and payment details. We send the account identifier, email, product, tax year and order information to Stripe and retain account-to-Stripe order links to verify payment, handle refunds or disputes and prevent duplicate purchases. We do not store full card details. Google, Stripe and hosting providers may process data outside Hong Kong under their applicable policies.
帳戶資料於帳戶運作期間保留；訂單記錄於提供已購權限、處理退款、對賬、爭議及適用保存義務所需期間保留。帳戶關閉、資料查閱、更正及刪除請透過 聯絡表格 提出，由營運者核實身份及處理；關閉帳戶不會自動取消已完成付款或產生退款。無需提供 Google 密碼。
Account details are retained while the account operates. Order records are retained as needed for purchased access, refunds, reconciliation, disputes and applicable retention duties. Request account closure, access, correction or deletion through the contact form; the operator verifies identity and handles the request. Closure does not automatically reverse a payment or issue a refund. Do not provide a Google password.

3. 如何收集及為何使用 / How we collect and use data
收集方法 / Collection methods
資料可能來自你在網站或 iOS App 主動使用的聯絡及改進建議表格，或來自網站伺服器為提供、保護及診斷服務而產生的基本日誌。計算機及草稿輸入只在你的裝置上處理，除非你另行把內容貼入表格。
Information may come from contact and feedback forms you choose to use on the website or iOS app, or from basic server logs generated to provide, protect and troubleshoot the service. Calculator and draft inputs are processed on your device unless you separately paste them into a form.
目的 / Purposes
- 回覆查詢、私隱請求、技術問題及改進建議。Respond to inquiries, privacy requests, technical issues and feedback.
- 營運、維護、保護及改善網站與 App，並防止垃圾訊息、濫用及安全事故。Operate, maintain, protect and improve the website and app, and prevent spam, abuse and security incidents.
- 在適用法律要求或保障服務、用戶及他人時，處理、保存或披露必要資料。Process, retain or disclose information where required by applicable law or needed to protect the service, users or others.
提供表格資料是自願的；但訊息欄是必填，沒有它便無法提交。姓名及電郵是選填，不提供電郵的後果是我們可能不能以電郵回覆。Submitting form information is voluntary; the message field is required to send a form. Name and email are optional, but without an email address we may not be able to reply by email.
5. 保留期限 / Retention schedule
我們按下列營運時間表保留資料，之後刪除、匿名化或讓供應商按其政策處理；如法律責任、爭議、保安調查或備份需要，可能在必要範圍內暫時延長。
We follow the operational schedule below and then delete or anonymise data, or allow a provider to handle it under its policy. A limited extension may be necessary for legal obligations, disputes, security investigations or backups.

6. 保安及你的資料權利 / Security and your rights
我們採取合理的技術及管理措施，例如傳輸加密、限制存取、最少化收集及監察濫用。沒有任何網站、App 或電郵傳送方法可以保證絕對安全；請只提供處理查詢所需的資料。
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls, data minimisation and abuse monitoring. No website, app or email method is completely secure; provide only what is needed for your inquiry.
你可要求查閱、更正或刪除我們持有的聯絡資料，或詢問其使用情況。請在聯絡表格 / contact form選擇「私隱問題 / Privacy」並清楚說明要求；我們可能需要合理核實身份，並會按適用法律及保存義務處理。iOS 本機草稿可在 App 的「聯絡與關於」中清除。Access, correction and deletion requests, and questions about use, can be made through the contact form by selecting “私隱問題 / Privacy”. We may reasonably verify identity and will handle the request subject to applicable law and retention duties. A local iOS draft can be cleared under “Support & About” in the app.
7. 未成年人、政策更新及聯絡 / Children, changes and contact
網站及 App 面向一般用戶，不以 18 歲以下人士為目標。我們不會明知而要求兒童提交個人資料；如家長或監護人相信未成年人向我們提交了資料，請透過聯絡表格通知我們。
The website and app are for a general audience and are not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal data. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has sent us data may notify us through the contact form.
我們可能因服務、法律或保安需要更新本政策。重大改動會在本頁公布，並更新生效日期；繼續使用網站或 App 即表示你閱讀了最新版本。We may update this policy for service, legal or security reasons. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use of the website or app means you have read the latest version.
